The Relationship Board Meeting creates a safe container to talk about your relationship regularly. This is a weekly check-in for you to connect with one-another, sync up schedules for the upcoming week, and also be intentional about where you would like to spend more time together. Maybe the weather is going to be great for a day at the lake, maybe it's raining and that's a great time to go check out a new movie or museum exhibit.
Once you drop-in & sync up your schedules, then it's time to dive into how you're both feeling about your relationship. This is the time to reflect on what you're enjoying, what you would like more of and to share what might not be working so well, or repair an ouchie that came up.
Close your meeting with some form of connecting, whether that's cuddling, taking a bath, or sexy time. Each week will look different, but creating the consistency and keeping your relationship a priority will help create a solid foundation which deepens the connection and intimacy.
